How should I write a safety pre-assessment? This construction project will be carried out in two phases; Phase 1 has already been completed, while Phase 2 has not yet started. A preliminary evaluation needs to be prepared now, but the feasibility study did not provide clear details regarding Phase 1 and Phase 2. They simply increased the amount of equipment used in an attempt to reach the total production target, and that equipment is from Phase 1. If we are to prepare a preliminary evaluation, should it be done separately for each phase, or should we follow the approach taken in the feasibility study and proceed in a vague manner?
