The three-stage sealing of catalytic flue gas turbines: How are the pressures of flue gas, steam, and air configured? The regulations only mention values that are slightly higher or slightly lower; do any of you have more precise expressions for this?
Why isn’t anyone offering any help? It seems like this question was asked in a poor way
It is generally required that the differential pressure between sealed steam and flue gas be greater than 7 KPa; in actual operation, this value is set a bit higher.
Are you using comb-tooth sealing or honeycomb sealing?
Generally, there is no standard pressure difference; as long as the flue gas does not leak, that’s sufficient. As for the lubricating oil used for sealing, a small amount is enough. The key factor is the quality of the comb-tooth seal
It should be slightly higher at each stage, by about 0.01 MPa, to ensure proper sealing at each level
