The typical operating cycle nowadays is 3 or 4 years; therefore, attention must be paid to the linings and internal components of these two types of equipment, as well as the main (critical) equipment or key parts. Those that need to be replaced must be replaced, otherwise it will be difficult to survive beyond 3 or 4 years, which could lead to unplanned shutdowns~~~ Key components include: the external heat exchanger, internal heat exchange coils, nozzles, cyclone separators (inlet linings, leg flap valves, lugs), slide valves or plug valves, main air distribution pipes (rings, plates) and nozzles~~~ It is necessary to check for coking and remove it completely (inner walls of the settler and cyclone separator gas pipes, above the lift pipe nozzles, reaction oil and gas pipelines)~~~ Butterfly valves for the oil and gas at the top of the distillation tower~~~
