At the sampling points for slurry analysis, does blockage occur frequently?

Installed at the top of the pipeline, with as short a root section as possible ; 3. An L-type ball valve is used, with the outlet angled downward at 30 degrees to the horizontal direction. 4. After 30 degrees, bend downward at 60 degrees. It can resolve sampling blockages and prevent slurry from splashing out

We arrange it this way: one is placed before the pump and one after it, that is, at the high-pressure and low-pressure areas respectively. The sampling ports are usually located on the side of horizontal pipes; we use upper openings for this purpose, but it’s better to use openings on vertical pipes. The distance between the main pipe and the sampling valve should be as short as possible, and it’s best to use welded valves, which helps to reduce the risk of blockages
Blockages are inevitable; in fact, it is sufficient to ensure the quality of the coal slurry at the outlet of the coal grinder – there is no need to analyze the coal slurry tank.

But how can this be achieved? People can look into online monitoring of concentration, viscosity, etc.; I believe this can help to avoid blockages as much as possible.
