If the Account Party listed above is not the Applicant: In consideration of Bank’s issuance of the Credit, the Account Party hereby agrees that, if the Applicant fails to pay when due any amounts owed to the Bank under this Application, the Applicant’s Continuing Reimbursement Agreement, or the Credit, the Account Party shall pay the same to the Bank upon demand
Reply to 1# Saiwai Jiangnan: If the importers listed above are not the applicant, in such a case the bank issues a letter of credit, and the importers agree that if the applicant fails to pay any amount due to the bank in accordance with the application, the applicant’s continuous payment agreement, or the letter of credit, then the trader shall pay such amounts to the bank upon the bank’s request.
