In the latest process package, the coal slurry return pipeline is designed for automatic flushing; that is, a shut-off valve and a control valve are both provided for the flushing water of this pipeline. The advantage is definitely the ease of operation; when driving, there is a shortage of personnel on site, so flushing can be controlled from the central control unit, allowing staff on site to focus on inspection tasks. However, on-site verification is essential: the valve for returning the slurry to the slurry tank must be closed, the valve leading to the ditch must be opened, and the flushing water pump must provide sufficient flow rate; There is another concern: preventing freezing in winter can be tricky, as it’s not as easy as manually disconnecting the hoses to release the water
I think there is another important reason, which is to control the flushing time, in other words, to regulate the amount of water used for flushing, in order to prevent large quantities of water from entering the slurry tank.
Did you rush straight into the slurry tank? Normally, the valve leading to the coal slurry tank is closed, the valve leading to the drain is opened, and then flushing water from the top of the frame is used for cleaning. Note: Guide the blind plate first before flushing it. There’s not much point in turning it into a control valve or a shut-off valve; it simply allows for the control of the flushing water volume and reduces the workload for the operators. I can think of nothing else. But there is one issue: the valves on the slurry tank still need to be checked.
This is so easy to use; it would be great if everything could be made like this.
