How should this order be understood?

According to fire safety regulations, the spacing between nitrogen-sealed tanks is 0.4D.
Reply to 1# chaosweibao: According to Note 5 in Table 4.2.12 of the Petrochemical Code GB50160-2008, for nitrogen-sealed fixed-roof tanks, the distance from such tanks to adjacent facilities can be considered on the basis of the requirements applicable to floating-roof tanks (for example, for Class A B and Class B storage tanks with a capacity of 500–1000 m3, the distance between nitrogen-sealed fixed-roof tanks and Class A process units can be 25 meters, the same as that for floating-roof tanks; previously, this distance was 30 meters for fixed-roof tanks). The distance requirements applicable to ordinary tanks do not apply here (for example, for Class A B and Class B storage tanks with a capacity of ≤1000 m3, the distance should still be 0.75D).
The regulations specify this clearly; it can be checked.
