After all, basic chemical production usually takes place in remote areas, and it is relatively dangerous; there are also many toxic and harmful substances, which is not very favorable for family life or the upbringing of children.
Whether to change jobs has nothing to do with the length of time one has been working; it depends on individual career goals and the situation of the company. There’s no rule stating that one must wait for a certain number of years before changing jobs
