What material is used for vacuum corrosion pipes? Are there any disadvantages to those with a steel lining covered in PTFE?
It is better to use metal pipes such as stainless steel rather than plastic-lined steel pipes with a steel lining of PTFE or similar, because under vacuum conditions, the plastic lining on such pipes tends to come off.

For corrosive pipelines, different stainless steel grades are selected depending on the specific material; in vacuum conditions, composite materials such as those lined with fluorine are generally not used. Their expansion coefficients are different, and they tend to fall off when subjected to thermal shocks.

There is a type of pipe called a perforated steel tube skeleton reinforced composite plastic pipe. Chemical engineering design manual P4-238: it can be heat-welded. It will satisfy you. We use a condition of -0.092 Mpa, with HCl and chloromethane as the media, and a temperature of 80°C. It’s similar to your working conditions, I guess. I’ve forgotten the specific name of our pipeline; it’s roughly the same as what I found above anyway.
For those cases where corrosion is not severe, using carbon steel and then carrying out pickling as a pre-coating treatment should present no problems
The simplest option is stainless steel; no other factors need to be considered, but the cost might be higher
