Our factory is using an online density meter with alkaline solution, and it works well; the amount of pure water to be added during load changes is determined based on this meter, which is installed on the pipeline from the P-2002 outlet to V-2002
Domestic ones are basically not suitable for use; the Japanese ones we’re using are quite good – the alkali concentration is displayed accurately on the DCS
The Japanese ones aren’t much better either; they stop working frequently. My company is struggling terribly to control the alkali concentration because of this issue

As far as we know, the densitometer needs to be adjusted from time to time to maintain its accuracy. We are also able to measure the density of alkaline solutions online. Since we offer a complete system, we have significant advantages over others; you might want to take a look
We spent a lot of money on one, and we didn’t get it repaired even when it broke. Is this helpful for adjusting the concentration of caustic soda?
