The oil absorber that had just been replaced showed a negative pressure of 0.15 MPa after less than a month of use; upon inspection, there was very little water or oil present in the gas Is there a problem with the oil suction mechanism itself?
Reply to 1# wwg: There are many reasons for this; it’s not necessarily entirely a problem with the oil absorber. What is the compressor exhaust temperature? High or low? Effect of gas purification in the previous process? What is the situation regarding the discharge of oil and water from the compressor? It’s hard to say.
It is recommended to check whether the grating plate is tilted Did the porcelain ball fall out? Is the gas distributor clogged? All of these will lead to an increase in resistance.
