What are the situations where GB151 is not applicable? Heated by direct flame, exposed to nuclear radiation, requiring fatigue analysis; existing other industry standards (refrigeration, papermaking, etc.) with PD<0.1MPa or vacuum level<0.02MPa – are there any others?
This is in terms of the overall situation. For example, on a local level, it is not suitable for thin tube sheets, nor for tube sheets with special structures such as circular tube sheets, or those under abnormal loading conditions.
