The algorithm specified in the upcoming industry standard HG/T xxxx 2011.X (temporarily referred to as the “quasi-new standard”) is as follows: Umin=0.12a for DN≤75 mm, and Umin=0.08a for DN>75 mm. Here, Umin represents the minimum liquid spray density, in m3/m2h ; a – specific surface area, m2/m3 ; DN – filler diameter, mm. 2. This is also the algorithm of PCPC. In PCPC, saturated spray = (U/Umin)×100%, and the actual saturated spray should be >100%
Mine has a Bauler ring with a diameter of 25; the packing height is 1 meter and the tower diameter is 700. What do you think is an appropriate spray density for this setup?
Spray density: U can be anywhere between (1.2~2.0)Umin.

Is a distributor of this kind a baffle-type one? What’s the aperture size approximately?
