Concrete connected to PVC pipes

No matter what is done, sewage leaks occur when buried pipeline concrete is connected to non-metallic materials. Is there any way to prevent such leakage?
It should be possible to apply waterproofing material; isn’t that how the rainwater pipes on rooftops are made?
Reply to 2# famedown: Is the waterproof material resistant to toluene? Or a solvent?
Give polyurethane waterproofing materials a try; I think it should work
Polyacrylate materials are mixed with cement and applied; once it hardens, it’s ready. I have used this method before.
