Reply 3# It is possible that the blockage of the process gas outlet pipe in the GSP gasifier has led to a decrease in the flow rate of the quench water; this is because of the high resistance inside the gasifier, which limits the amount of quench water available. I think the process gas outlet pipe of the stove in the original poster’s home is already quite blocked, which leads to a decreasing load and an increasing pressure difference in the lock hopper.
If the outlet pipe of the process gas is severely blocked, the plant must be shut down for maintenance; after restart, the outlet of the process gas should be regularly cleaned using high-pressure gray water to prevent dust accumulation from blocking the pipes.
