Regarding Yokogawa electromagnetic flowmeters

Our company has an electromagnetic flowmeter used for measuring hydrochloric acid, and it often displays negative values recently. The display returns to normal after the power is turned off and then restarted, but the same problem occurs again after some time. We suspect that the electrodes are dirty; however, even after cleaning them, the same error persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue? How to handle it? Please give me some advice! Thank you
Has the grounding electrode corroded, resulting in poor contact? Check the grounding electrode and its degree of corrosion; if corrosion has occurred, replace the grounding electrode and ensure it is properly grounded. Additionally, if the pipeline is lined with plastic, grounding must be handled properly.

According to the person on the second floor, upon closer inspection, rusted grounding wires can also lead to poor grounding. Another thing is whether the current output matches the on-site display; when the value is negative, do both become negative as well? Have there been any changes in the process conditions?
