Everyone, help me plan my path for the future

It’s been a year since I graduated, and looking back, it seems like I haven’t made any progress; I can’t learn new things either. All I deal with on a daily basis is stress and frustration… I’m very confused now. Everyone around me is in this same industry – could you help me plan out what path I should take going forward? (I have an associate degree, and my monthly salary is just over 2,000.)
Whether you can learn something depends mainly on your interests; if you are interested in it, you should be able to learn it well! I also graduated from a junior college three years ago. I feel that I have learned a lot, but what troubles me is that the more knowledge I acquire, the more uneasy I become. If I knew nothing at all, then it would be fine if I didn’t get any good job opportunities. But since I have acquired knowledge and skills, it feels painful when I don’t get good job opportunities!
With solid preparation, opportunities always go to those who are ready!

Carefulness is essential in carrying out operations; thoroughness is required when analyzing accidents and problems, and accuracy is vital for data. From your post, it seems that various punctuation marks are used arbitrarily, there’s no proper use of spaces or line breaks, and the tone of the post is somewhat harsh. (Hehe, let’s put it bluntly) First, calm down, and then think carefully about the future!

After a year at work, one’s enthusiasm should still be intact. To achieve success, one must love what they do. Even if you don’t like it, unless you’re determined to change careers, you have to force yourself to appreciate this field. If it’s truly impossible, then at least avoid an attitude of rejection, and instead exercise strict self-discipline to force yourself to study deeply. There aren’t that many perfect things in this society; people are pushed to succeed. As the saying goes: A man should be tough on himself. If you are tough on yourself, society won’t be too harsh on you.
When entering the workplace, it’s normal to feel frustrated from time to time. First, the lack of solid experience can lead to a lack of confidence and uncertainty. Second, as a newcomer, there is often a lot to learn, and more experienced colleagues might give you instructions or even criticize you frequently. This is an inevitable part of the process; one must be humble and determined to improve! My advice is that when you’re not very strong, you should study steadily, gain more exposure, and accumulate more experience! Everyone starts as a beginner!
It’s a time for accumulation. In fact, many people are just like you; that’s how humans are. Unless one is lucky, ordinary people like us can only accumulate things bit by bit through their own efforts!
Continue to learn *knowledge and gain work experience. Improving one's skills is the key.
