Help: What materials are WS-103, WS-354, WS-141, and WS460?

As the title suggests, I’m seeking help from experts: what exactly is the material mentioned above, and which country’s standard does it follow? (It would be great if the standard could be attached.) Thank you all
Take a look to see if it’s a fitter’s tool, or not some kind of material.
Reply to 2# Deep Blue Expectation: It’s indicated on the Canadian drawings; it should be in the materials section, as part of the materials listed there
It should be the notation for structural steel in Canada; please check if these are all load-bearing components.
