As for rules and regulations, we did create some in the past, but they seemed useless – they were only meant to satisfy inspections. There is no fixed pattern or routine to scheduling work; the key is to coordinate all aspects of production in line with the leadership’s intentions. Unless a major safety incident occurs, there is an emergency response plan and procedure, which every dispatcher must follow. We can exchange work insights when we have time! Hehe
