How can engineering certificates be utilized effectively?
A certificate for intermediate engineer is completely worthless. Only advanced certificates are useful; they allow for higher salary increases after retirement. To be useful, it’s still necessary to obtain a registered certificate
Are you referring to registration or an employment letter from the organization? If it is the former, then it constitutes an important support for a design firm’s qualifications and is valuable for any design firm; if it is the latter, then it serves as valid recognition only within your own firm. It might be related to your treatment, but it doesn’t make much of a difference
