I am currently working on the design of a heat exchanger using 825/Q345R composite plates; it’s my first time working with nickel-based materials, and this is only my second experience with heat exchangers. When searching for 151, it was found that there was no information on nickel heat exchange tubes, so stainless steel was used as a reference. When filling in the technical requirements, there are no specifications related to nickel materials in the TCED either. I’m not sure what the differences are between the technical requirements for nickel-based equipment and those for other materials, nor which additional technical requirements need to be included.
