Technical requirements for nickel heat exchangers

I am currently working on the design of a heat exchanger using 825/Q345R composite plates; it’s my first time working with nickel-based materials, and this is only my second experience with heat exchangers. When searching for 151, it was found that there was no information on nickel heat exchange tubes, so stainless steel was used as a reference. When filling in the technical requirements, there are no specifications related to nickel materials in the TCED either. I’m not sure what the differences are between the technical requirements for nickel-based equipment and those for other materials, nor which additional technical requirements need to be included. Still referring to stainless steel, regarding chloride ions or blue spot testing and such? Please ask the fellow sailors for help, thank you

Refer to the standards provided on the second floor and download them to take a close look. To be honest, I’ve never worked with nickel heat exchangers before; designing heat exchangers requires extensive experience.
To be blunt, the original poster still doesn’t know how to design; they have no understanding of design. 1. Is there any requirement for blue-point inspection in GB150? ! 2. Blue dot inspection: What is it checking for and what is the purpose? !
I really don’t understand, that’s why I’m asking. I have almost no practical experience, but the company demands that it be completed; if I don’t know how to do it, I have to look up information on my own, and if I can’t finish it, I have to work overtime. I’ve been using it for 3 days now, and my head is in a mess; I have no choice but to ask for help. If there’s even a slightest chance, I also want to start step by step from the basics.
