To remove water that is in an emulsified state, demulsifiers must be added, and the temperature must also be higher; in our company, the temperature of heavy crude oil can reach up to 90 degrees. The ultimate goal is to remove water as quickly as possible so that the water content meets the requirements for feeding into the device

We are dealing with Suizhong 36-1 crude oil; the current dehydration temperature is 60°C. It takes 4 to 5 days to remove water from a tank with a capacity of 20,000 tons. Therefore, we want to determine an appropriate temperature in order to reduce the dehydration time – this will allow us to get the equipment back into operation more quickly and also reduce the labor required. We don’t have any automatic dehydrators at the moment, so removing water manually is extremely labor-intensive. .
