I’d like to ask the experts at Haichuan: what is the highest operating pressure that the pipelines they have worked with have ever reached? Is there a pressure of over 500 kilograms? Is there a mature pressure testing plan available? Thank you.
The pressure is very high; I’ve worked with pipes whose design pressure reached 4.0 MPa, so I can’t help you with this:L
The highest pressure I have been exposed to is 350 kilograms, during pressure testing
My current maximum working pressure is 5Mpa. The \"Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Piping Projects\" (GB50235-97) is applicable only to the construction and acceptance of projects with a design pressure not exceeding 42 MPa.
We currently have a pipe with a design pressure of 500 kilograms and a test pressure of 750 kilograms; since there is no pressure testing pump capable of achieving such high pressures, we imported one specifically from abroad. I have never encountered such high pressures before; design institutes do not have the capability to design systems under such high pressures, and pressure testing institutions are unable to conduct inspections for such levels of pressure. Safety valves cannot be calibrated in China either.
