The so-called material flow refers to tracking where the materials come from and where they go. So as mentioned on the 2nd floor, the flow direction of the medium needs to be clearly indicated. Additionally, whether through manual calculations or software simulations, it is necessary to verify whether the material balance is maintained. There are other minor issues, such as the connection numbers between various drawings, the interlocking mechanism of control valves, and the operating conditions of the equipment, etc. Anyway, the most important thing is that the materials must be balanced; if they’re not, the process is definitely wrong!
