How to deal with sticky material in vacuum dryers?

The material we dry is the product obtained after crystallization, and it has no viscosity. It enters a paddle-type vacuum dryer; however, after drying, it was found that a large amount of material adhered to the paddles, and this accumulation continued to increase. We use heat transfer oil for heating, with the temperature of this oil being 120°C. Is there any way to prevent material from sticking to the paddles? ? Could you recommend other drying methods? Also, we need dryers for drying silica gel as well
