In our catalytic unit’s deaerator – the upper deaeration tank – this issue has occurred several times; cracks in the tank walls have appeared. I’m not sure what’s the situation with you guys. How can this stress corrosion be prevented? Please advise
I think there are points for injecting desalinated water and condensed water on your deaerator – how is the vibration level of those two pipelines under normal conditions? Is it resonating with the deaerator and the deaerator platform?
