Foreign partners have small oil refining projects and are looking for Chinese engineering design companies. Does anyone know which domestic private enterprise is capable of designing overseas refineries? If you know, please let me know. It would be great if you could provide some information about the company. Thank you in advance!
It’s easy to find design institutes; many of them have turned into engineering companies, so they are still readily available.

The design institutes that were originally affiliated with Sinopec, CNPC, and the petrochemical enterprises under the Ministry of Chemical Industry have basically been transformed into private enterprises. . . I suggest you just ask any shop and you’ll find out. It’s still the design institutes with national-level teams that are more reliable.
Reply to 3# gasolina: There are an enormous number of private engineering design companies. Have you done any projects before? You can find tons of them anywhere.
