The main body of the petrochemical surface flare is manufactured, tested, and inspected in accordance with JB/4735-97 \"Welded Steel Atmospheric Pressure Vessels\" and HG20584-1998 \"Technical Requirements for the Manufacturing of Steel Chemical Vessels\".
