May I ask if your chlorine is used for advanced processing of chlorine or only for liquid chlorine? Is it measuring the moisture content in gaseous chlorine or liquid chlorine? If only liquid chlorine products are to be produced, an moisture content of less than 400PPM is sufficient; there is no need to go lower, as that would increase production costs. If it is for the deep processing of chlorine and there are special requirements, it is necessary to determine whether the issue lies in production or analysis, as this determines why the water content is high
