What do people do when they’re in a bad mood?
I usually go to the gym and listen to music.
Be sure to stay calm and control your negative emotions. It’s best to talk to a friend and share your feelings.
I’m in a bad mood; I can’t do anything, even losing in games!
I’m actually not often in a bad mood, but last night I argued with my roommate and cried; it won’t happen again. You don’t deserve to be friends with someone who doesn’t consider you a friend. There’s no such thing as giving more or less between true friends, yet what she said was that she didn’t want to owe me too much. I guess that’s why she’s been pulling away from me lately; it’s ridiculous!
:(Find someone to beat up or have a big meal.) . . . . Generally, it means writing a good diary. When people are going through tough times, they tend to have many thoughts; otherwise, how could those poets from ancient times have created so many wonderful verses during such times? Hehe
Talk to a friend to relieve some stress. Or watch a comedy to self-regulate. Otherwise, read a book and let the philosophers in it inspire you.
I usually go out to drink with friends, chat, and use it as a way to relieve stress.
I went to play games, killed people non-stop there, and then it was OK
