How to increase penetration in modified asphalt?

For modified asphalt, when the softening point is 48 degrees Celsius, the penetration value is only 50*0.1 mm. What type of oil should be added to raise the softening point above 46 degrees Celsius while keeping the penetration value around 70?

Try another type of aromatic oil or FCC slurry?
Adding more slurry may improve analytical performance, but it is detrimental to practical performance

First, mix aromatic oil or high-grade asphalt with your current base asphalt to keep the penetration at around 100-110, and then add SBS for modification – give it a try!
