Conduct a survey on sleep times to understand everyone’s sleeping habits; I hope everyone will pay more attention to their own health:victory:
This post was last edited by Fan Zhou Chi Shang on 2011-5-27 at 23:43. I often go to bed after midnight; it feels like it’s not a bad thing once you get used to it. I’m curious what others think – feel free to share your opinions
It is recommended that everyone go to bed before 10:30, if there is nothing else to do
Reply to 3# autocup: But it’s impossible for me to fall asleep at 10:30 now, unless I get drunk
Reply to 4# Boating on the Pond: Slowly… I’ve gotten used to it; having read so many books on health and wellness, I feel it’s necessary to change my habit of staying up late
The key is to pay attention to the cycle; as long as you get used to it, it’s fine, and make sure to get enough sleep.
Go to bed after 11:30 every day; the child is learning*.
It’s still the university habit – going to bed after midnight and getting up at five or six in the morning to run a few kilometers
I do a terrible job – I work overtime every night; it’s normal to work until 11 p.m. It’s around 11:20 when I get home by taxi, and I don’t fall asleep until after 12 o’clock. Lying there, my mind keeps thinking about work, making it difficult for me to fall asleep... My dark circles under my eyes make me look 5 years older.
*I usually go to bed between 12 and 1 o’clock; if it’s earlier, it’s between 11 and 12, and if it’s later, it’s between 1 and 2. On weekends, I usually stay up until 5 o’clock before going to bed, get up at 10 o’clock, and have lunch right after getting ready~
