Does anyone have the equipment layout diagrams (plan and elevation views) for the PVC polymerization plant? Thank you, the production capacity is 150,000 tons per year
Which company do you work for? It depends on the actual conditions at your site – what size are your polymerization reactors?
You’re really lazy – just standing there and shouting; probably no one will help you. Besides, everyone’s situation is different

:)I’m looking for these things too, I just don’t know where to go!
Roar, roar – I think the experts will understand now. As for this diagram, if you have the means, I suggest finding a PVC factory nearby to create one, showing those devices. . .
Do more research to understand the production process of polyvinyl chloride; once you learn it, you’ll be able to draw diagrams on your own. Why try to get something without putting in any effort?
The layout of the workshop should be guided by the manufacturing process, with the support of other specialized fields. Factors such as production scale, equipment maintenance, labor protection, meteorological and geological conditions including wind direction, logistics, and medium-to-long-term planning must be taken into account.
