Regarding the handover issues in moving equipment

Our factory has newly installed a compressor; the signature for acceptance was given at the back of the unit. Later, issues such as air leakage from the airtight valves of the unit and the need to replace the lubricating oil arose. Are we responsible for dealing with these issues? (We are the equipment maintenance department, and we are in charge of the acceptance process during the testing phase.) Also, once CCCC signs off, should it be our responsibility to carry out the maintenance of the equipment, or should it be handed over to our maintenance department only after the process media are in normal operation?
After CCCC, it is the owner who takes over management.
After the trial run is completed and the documents are handed over, the owner takes over for management and maintenance.
