I’d like to ask the friends in this forum: on the application form for the basic examination for postgraduate students, which institution should be asked to sign and stamp it?

As the title suggests, I am a first-year doctoral student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Sichuan University. I would like to take the entrance exam in Chengdu in September 2011. There is a section on the application form for the department’s opinion and signature – should I go to my college for that?
Any school certificate will do~~ I took the exam based on my knowledge from my postgraduate studies.....

You can fill in either undergraduate or graduate level; just get it stamped by the department office
