Found: 3: Three air inlets. B: Vertical split; CL: Closed impeller, vaneless diffuser; 450: Nominal impeller diameter; 8: Eight-stage compression; A: Pressure rating of the casing.
Contact their sales department; you can select the appropriate model based on your own technical specifications. I can send you an email.
3BCL458 is a vertically split cylindrical compressor with three-stage intake and 8-stage impellers, the impeller diameter being Φ45mm.
: 3BCL458/A.......3 represents three air inlets, while BCL denotes a compressor with a vertical split. The 8 after 458 indicates that the rotor has 8 impellers. The 45 earlier should be 450, representing the maximum diameter of the impeller. The A at the end indicates the number of design iterations within the factory – it’s an internal term used by the manufacturer that you don’t need to know
A seems to refer to: the pressure rating of the cylinder block. . .
Horizontal split, impeller diameter 45cm, 8 stages in total
What does it mean that this post is only visible to the author?
3BCL458/A. 3 is level 3 compression; B is a vertical split ; 45 is the maximum diameter of the impeller, which is 450 mm ; 8 means the compressor has 8 stages ; It’s not clear what A represents; whether it is based on API standards or it’s the first time this design is being created, haha.
The compressors in our factory are from Hangqi, with the model number 3BCL459. Does anyone know what that means?
