Our institute developed China’s first 6.25-meter ramming coke oven dual-U-tube flue gas guiding vehicle, which was put into use at Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Company. In October 2009, a contract was signed with Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Company for the supply of two more 6.25-meter flue gas guiding vehicles, with improvements made to their design. For the dust removal renovation of the 4.3 coke ovens, our institute was also the first to use dual U-shaped smoke guidance vehicles; in 2008, we carried out dust removal renovations on the 4.3 rammed coke ovens at the coking plant of Handan Xinxing Cast Pipe Co., Ltd. In October 2010, we modified the dual-U flue gas guiding vehicle for the 5.5 coke oven at Hunan Coal Chemical; this vehicle was manufactured by Dacheng, and the modification was completed before the Spring Festival of 2011, receiving high praise from the customer. By using the H+M CGT smoke exhaust vehicle, all problems are solved
The double U-shaped smoke guide vehicles are used on Jiahua’s 3#–6# coke ovens. They have been in use and the performance is acceptable, but for reasons unknown – whether related to manufacturing or something else – cracks appear in the U-shaped smoke guide sleeves after not long after they are installed
The third and fourth floors were separated later, right?
