1. HART communication alarm issues. 2. When generating reports for the atmospheric and full-pressure tank areas, it was found that no data could be collected by the reports
1. Please describe the fault condition in detail. 2. If no data is available in the report, please check the OPC communication status
Everything on-site is normal, but it’s not possible to retrieve the relevant content. It worked fine before; now the manufacturer is also trying to find out the reason
Reply to 3# lcg790825: Are there any data in the trend? If there is data, it’s likely a problem with the report; maybe the data is blank. If that’s the case, delay the generation time by one to two minutes. If there is no trend, it is likely an issue with communication; check the channel and then inspect the site.
