Format of interlock statistics

The company needs to keep a ledger for interlock-related records. I’ve never done this before, so I hope those who are more experienced can help me by providing some reference formats; examples would be even better. The ledger should include the interlock address, interlock conditions, interlock results, primary instruments, and actuators. Thank you so much!

These are all trade secrets; ordinary people don’t know about them, and no one would upload examples of them either. Don’t you have interlock logic tables when developing systems? If there are any, just collect and organize them again
The format should be: Number of interlocks (the various measurement points or switches that initiate the interlock) ---- Interlock conditions (switches or interlock values) ---- Judgment method (AND, OR, etc.) ---- Interlock output (various devices and interlock methods). This is the format we use here: chain diagrams and tables drawn in CAD.

There should be a timeline when working on a project. Doing it that way works very well
