1. For pipes behind the isolation valves used for draining or venting pipelines, is it not necessary to conduct a hydrostatic test? It seems that it’s also impossible to do so (as no pressure can be applied)
According to the pipeline regulations, that pipeline cannot be considered a pressure pipeline; therefore, a hydrostatic test is not required
