It is best to use a spherical tank; if there is concern about contact with air, nitrogen sealing can be considered. Storage under pressure for Class A B with a boiling point below 45 degrees should be relatively safe.

Using an internal floating roof isn’t appropriate, as there needs to be a vapor line that returns gas back into the tank at the time of shipment; therefore, it’s better to use a dome tank with a nitrogen seal, along with a vapor condenser, to control pressure balance using nitrogen
Due to the high saturated vapor pressure of propylene oxide at room temperature, it needs to be stored in low-pressure tanks. A common design involves dome tanks equipped with internal floating roofs and nitrogen sealing; attention should also be paid to the recovery of exhaust gases, for which methods such as incineration can be used as a reference.
