A company needs to concentrate 30,000 tons per month of 75% dilute sulfuric acid to a concentration of over 93%. What is the best method for this?
To ensure the quality of 93% acid, the method of blowing out waste gas, absorbing it, filtering it, adding it back to the system for circulation, and then obtaining the final product is still the best approach. If there are no requirements regarding the quality of the final product, one can simply use 98% acid and dilute it in a tank to obtain 93% acid. I am currently using the first method here; it is an energy-saving approach that helps reduce costs
I’m not sure what your company produces; it would be best to use sulfur trioxide to increase the concentration directly. It is quite difficult to concentrate sulfuric acid with a concentration of over 75% by heating; Alternatively, 98% sulfuric acid can be produced through combustion decomposition followed by conversion, namely the WSA process.

The main impurity in sulfuric acid is fluorosilicic acid, accounting for about 5%.
Silicofluoric acid cannot be added to the system. It can only be either the concentration of waste acid or the production of acid again by burning sulfur. 30,000 tons per month is quite affordable.
