There are many new employees and those changing roles in the team, and they need training in areas such as central control, pump rooms, carbon dioxide compressors, and urea analysis. I would like to ask everyone: how does your company handle training in these areas, so that they can quickly learn the skills required for their positions and be able to work independently? Learn* and create flowcharts and operation procedures, take exams, and conduct job simulation operations.
Enhance basic and specialized knowledge by strengthening training and assessment, linking them to performance-based salaries, and establishing other incentive mechanisms to motivate everyone from various perspectives. Once the mechanism is in place and everyone is motivated to learn*, then there will be nothing that cannot be learned. The only concern is that if no effort is made, it won’t work.
Set clear progress targets for both mentors and apprentices, and use performance-based pay as a means of motivation
First, one needs to understand the process flow and reaction principles; next, become familiar with the on-site procedures. After that, it is necessary to master the process parameters and the structure of the equipment, as well as the operations required for various positions on site and those related to overall control. Once familiar with these aspects, one can delve deeper into the theoretical principles of the industry. The key is not only to know how to carry out the tasks but also to understand why certain process parameters are set. Finally, it is important to learn how to handle accidents through practical experience. Only by meeting all these requirements can one become a qualified operator
Here, the company and the workshops have dedicated training officers who conduct training for new employees every day. This training does not take up any time outside of working hours, and it is very effective – it only lasts about one and a half hours. The content of the training covers practical operations as well as the problems that arise during those operations
