The type of pressure element is Bourdon, the material used is K MONEL, and the material for the socket is MONEL 400. Could everyone please discuss how this material was chosen? Generally, the material of the instrument is higher in grade or equal to that of the pipeline. But why is the material of the pressure element different from that of the socket: K MONEL while the socket material is MONEL 400? ?
