I can tell you for sure that it is caused by an uneven temperature distribution in your crystallizer and irregular crystallization. Also, the density you mentioned is bulk density, not true density; if the density is low, you’ll face serious problems.

May I ask the experts upstairs, what should this crystallization temperature be set at? What does it mean for a distribution to be uniform? What was the change in bulk density after temperature adjustment, from what value to what value?
I also think it’s likely a problem with the mold temperature; controlling the mold temperature is related to the way cold air is introduced. Of course, it involves the equipment structure.
