What impact do the initial and final points of unwashed three-blend have on it?
An excessively low starting point causes some light oil to enter the triple-blended oil, which leads to increased alkali consumption during washing and, secondly, affects the quality of the industrial naphthol oil. Too high an initial temperature results in a low yield of the three mixed products, a low yield of phenol oil, and light oil that does not meet the specifications. The dry point is too high, and the oil density is high. But the yield is high. The dry point is too low, the yield of the three-phase mixture oil is low, and there are many crystallines in the washed oil.
