Dear friends from Sichuan, for example, when looking for a job, if the employer does not sign a contract directly with you but instead signs it through a representative office, what impact will this have on you? What are the disadvantages? Could everyone please help answer this? I’m really stuck!
I signed a contract with Shanghai Foreign Service. Overseas departments are large organizations; they are far stronger than ordinary foreign small companies.
