I’m not sure which temperature the original poster is referring to – the flue gas temperature in the overheating section or the steam temperature at the outlet of that section? If it is the steam temperature in the superheated section, it could be due to ash accumulation on the tube walls or scaling inside the tubes. The solution is to carry out regular soot blowing, which can eliminate the effects of ash accumulation on the tube walls and ensure the quality of the boiler water, thereby avoiding the impacts of scaling inside the tubes. It may also be due to a decrease in the temperature of the superheated flue gas. If it’s the temperature of the flue gas in the overheating section, then it means the regeneration temperature is dropping...
