1 Flocculant (dry basis) Ts series ~2(g/t black water), determined based on coal type; Prepare a 0.1% concentration 2-dispersant (liquid) Ts series at ~170 (g/m3 of gray water); the concentration can be adjusted according to the actual coal type.
Water quality is analyzed daily, with the analysis including parameters such as turbidity, pH, alkalinity, and chloride ions. The amount of flocculant and dispersant to be added is determined based on the water circulation volume; approximately 1.5–3 ppm of flocculant is sufficient, while 60–100 ppm of dispersant is needed, with the exact amounts adjusted according to the specific operating conditions of the system. The water quality needs to be monitored; the water in the graywater tank should be analyzed on a daily basis to ensure that its solid content and turbidity are below 100 Mg/l. If these values are too high, more flocculants should be added, while if they are too low, the amount of flocculants can be reduced accordingly. Dispersants should also be used to check for scaling in the pipes, as well as to monitor the quality of the water in the graywater tank.
If too much flocculant and dispersant are added, will they affect each other?
May I ask, what are the typical ionization degree and molecular weight of graywater flocculants – cationic polyacrylamide?
