Urumqi Agricultural University recently issued a tender to purchase 2 40-ton and 1 20-ton gas hot water boilers for the winter heating of the entire campus. It is said that the winning bid came from a factory in Weifang, Shandong, which had never produced boilers of 20T or larger before. This seems a bit silly! It affects the lives of tens of thousands of students and teachers; handing such a large project to a supplier that doesn’t even have the blueprints makes me worry that serious problems will arise... For boilers with the SZS structure, there is no mature production line for membrane walls, so there will definitely be numerous issues on site!
It’s not an industrial furnace that operates continuously; it’s for civilian use, and its operation lasts only a few months. The energy consumption is somewhat higher, but production isn’t possible without the necessary blueprints. At most, it can be produced under a custom order. Are the product certification documents and other related materials complete?
This is quite common in domestic heating boilers; do the managers get kickbacks? Lol, you should understand this. But if the manufacturer has product certification, qualification certificates, and complete equipment manuals, there should be no problem.
In today’s market economy, there’s nothing that can’t be bought! There are tons of drawings for industrial boilers!
